MOSES UPDATE

For those of you who have asked, here is an update on Moses.

Moses became a Tripawd on November 1, 2011 and he just ’keeps on keepin’ on’.

 He still goes to work every weekday at the O’Hanlon Group offices. His buddies, Jo Marsh, Jack O’Hanlon and the friendly mailman, keep him in treats.  His sister, Rosie, also a Golden Retriever, keeps him company.

This picture was taken on our snow day, January 17, 2013.

It has been more than a year since his surgery and over two years since his original diagnosis.

Vets estimated Moses to be two years old when he joined Jack and Marlene O’Hanlon in February 2000.

We continue to be so grateful for everyday we have with Moses.

Teddy & Samson
Groom 
Teddy (2 1/2) is a Golden Retriever-Dalmation mix and Samson (7 1/2) is a full blooded Golden Retriever.

Teddy was found on Craigslist and was living in a garage. Samson came from a Crossville area breeder. Teddy got no love or attention in his ‘garage home’ and now is spoiled beyond words.

 

Samson doesn’t know how to take his brother but has that wonderful Golden personality. He is always ready to please and teach Teddy the rules of the house.

They also have cats Hobbs and Zeus keeping them company.

 

Teddy & Samson’s people family are Carol & Mark Groom. Carol has been a KES receptionist for over 15 years.

She was found roaming the streets in a dirty little pink jacket – hard to believe she survived “life on the streets.”  It was a beautiful snowy day when we rescued little Missy (who isn’t so little now, according to the vet).  I adore her.  She is my little Missy.

Simon:  He is a Boy – That says it all.

Our little Simon has been with us since he was a puppy.  He was born in Missouri, driven out to Las Vegas, and then moved to Knoxville, TN.  Simon is lean and active; he loves to bark at every sound he hears.  He is our little Simon; he can be quite the annoyance, but we love him.  He truly is the boy of the family. We love our pups.

Cullet consumes very little electricity, thereby conserving energy, which translates to a decrease in carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxide, which are greenhouse gases that contribute to the carbon footprint.
